Badoer's busy season continues

AMID rumors that he may be called on by the Ferrari-powered Prost team to sub for Luciano Burti at Monza next weekend, Ferrari test driver Luca Badoer continued to fettle the championship-winning F2001's electronics software at Fiorano yesterday.

The Italian covered 75 laps in the course of the day and attempted several starts as the launch and traction control software is honed for the run to the end of the season with Rubens Barrichello aiming for championship runner-up spot and Michael Schumacher potentially able to take his season's victory tally to 10 by the time the curtain falls in Suzuka next month.
