Race Notes - Raikkonen dominates to win Spanish GP
Kimi Raikkonen won the Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona in his McLaren-Mercedes in dominate fashion, beating Fernando Alonso in his home race by over 27 seconds.
The finnish driver started on pole, and before his first pitstop on lap 25 he pulled out a 26.5 second lead. This enabled Raikkonen to win the race flag-to-flag, never giving up the lead during his two pitstops - to take his third career victory.
Third place went to Jarno Trulli in his Toyota, who was less than a second ahead of him team mate Ralf Schumacher.
Fifth place went to Giancarlo Fisichella in the second Renault, Mark Webber was sixth in his Williams-BMW, Juan Pablo Montoya was seventh in the second McLaren, and David Coulthard picked up the final point in his Red Bull-Cosworth in eighth.
Michael Schumacher was on a one-stop strategy, and retired with a tyre puncture while running in third place.
