Practice 2 Report - De la Rosa fastest

PEDRO DE LA ROSA set the pace on Friday in Montreal, lapping the Gilles Villeneuve in 1m14.662s. He was ahead of Toyota test driver Ricardo Zonta and Renault's Fernando Alonso. The McLarens of Juan Pablo Montoya and Kimi Raikkonen were next up ahead of Giancarlo Fisichella in the second Renault, Jenson Button and Takuma Sato in the BAR-Hondas and Ralf Schumacher in the second Toyota. Rubens Barrichello was 10th quickest while Michael Schumacher was 16th after an off in the second session. Also in the wars was Scott Speed, Red Bull's third driver for the weekend, who spun off.
