Red Bull Racing is looking strong after Sebastian Vettel (1:40.696) and Mark Webber (1:40.829) set the quickest times in the third and final free practice session in Abu Dhabi ahead of qualifying for the F1 season finale.

Lewis Hamilton (1:41.280) looked spectacular as ever but was nearly six tenths from Vettel's pace, although two tenths clear of Fernando Alonso's Ferrari (1:41.490).

With Button taking a higher downforce setting than team mate Hamilton, the second McLaren finished the session fifth quickest (1:41.578).

In recent races Renault has set some impressive FP3 times, perhaps running lighter than some of their rivals and this time it was Vitaly Petrov's turn to get in among the front runners with sixth fastest time (1:41.689).

Michael Schumacher (1:41.690) was next up with the first of the Mercedes, three hundredths quicker than team mate Nico Rosberg (1:41.729). Robert Kubica's Renault (1:41.893) was ninth fastest, with Nick Heidfeld's Sauber completing the top 10.

Felipe Massa did not figure in the top 10 but did twice set sector two bests before failing to complete the lap, so has not yet revealed his hand.
