Practice 1 Report - Lewis sets the pace

Lewis Hamilton set the fastest time of the first session in Abu Dhabi with World Champion Jenson Button second fastest a tenth slower than the McLaren driver. Sebastian Vettel was third fastest a further 10th down with Rubens Barrichello fourth, Nick Heidfeld fifth and Sebastien Buemi sixth.

The top 10 was completed by Adrian Sutil, Mark Webber, Jaime Alguersuari and Jarno Trulli. Following them was Robert Kubica, Heikki Kovalainen, Nico Rosberg, Kazuki Nakajima, Kimi Raikkonen, Fernando Alonso, Tonio Liuzzi, Giancarlo Fisichella, Kamui Kobayashi and Romain Grosjean.
