Schumacher completes GP2 test

Michael Schumacher has completed a three-day test of a development GP2 chassis and the Jerez circuit in Spain.

Rain disrupted the first two days of testing, but the German managed to complete nearly 60 laps of dry weather testing on the final day of the event.

Schumacher admitted that he experienced neck muscle pain, "There is some minor muscular strain, but it's completely normal. There will be an acclimatisation phase when I sit in the Formula One car at the beginning of February. In the past I have never managed to be able to train the muscles in the neck so that you feel nothing at all."
