Williams and Force India rejoin FOTA

The FOTA Executive Committee, chaired by Luca di Montezemolo, met today in Monza and an agreement has been reached to allow Williams F1 and Force India back into the fold. The organization says that it is also looking forward to welcoming the new teams. FOTA says that it is now going to start discussions with the commercial rights holder in order to begin to make arrangements for the period after the Concorde Agreement finishes, at the end of 2012. FOTA says it is going to organise a seminar which will be open to all the stakeholders in the sport, including the media, sponsors and promoters to discuss how the sport can work better and develop a more attractive product for fans.
