A settlement?

It seems that the Formula 1 teams will all enter the 2010 World Championship tomorrow, after agreeing a compromise with the the FIA. They will also agree to sign a new Concorde Agreement, which lasts only until 2012 The FIA seems to have agreed to defer the rule changes planned for 2010 and the controversial budget cap will be put off until 2011, alhough there will be a spending limit of $140m in 2010. It remains to be seen whether there will be any of the new F1 teams that the FIA was keen to see. The USF1 team is already hard at work on a chassis and may go ahead, while David Richards is also said to be likely to make an entry. Most of the other teams that have been mentioned do not have the money to compete.
