A red face in Dubai

Mohammad Bin Sulayem, 14 times Middle East rally champion, who is now head of the local automobile federation and a close ally of FIA President Max Mosley, discovered the hard way that driving an f1 car is not an easy business. Bin Sulayem was due to give the car a run in a drag-style shootout with a Ford GT when he lost control of the car as he accelerated down the straight. The car spun and smashed into the pit wall. Bin Sulayem was unhurt but the car was considerably damaged.
