Bourdais gets a penalty

Sebastien Bourdais has been given a five-place grid penalty for impeding Nick Heidfeld during the Q1 qualifying session in Budapest. This meant that Heidfeld was unable to get through the session and so ended up 16th on the grid. Bourdais went on to qualify 14th, but the penalty will drop him to 19th.The news means that Nico Rosberg, Nick Heidfeld, Kazuki Nakajima, Rubens Barrichello and Giancarlo Fisichella all move up a place.
