Meanwhile at the Contract Recognition Board
Formula 1 is becoming more and more like tennis - with action taking place in the courts rather than on the track. The latest point of interest is a dispute between BMW and Toyota over Timo Glock. It has been an open secret for some time that Glock had some kind of a deal with Toyota and Toyota clearly believes that this is the case. BMW on the other hand seems to be under the impression that it has some kind of a hold on Glock. The matter came to light after Toyota filed a contract with the Contract Recognition Board and this body reported that there was a conflict of contracts between Toyota and BMW. Glock and his management believe that they were free to sign for Toyota.
