Stewards rule not to rule
The FIA Stewards in Malaysia have said that they will not rule on Spyker's protest against Scuderia Toro Rosso because the matters raised by the protest relate to the Concorde Agreement and there is an outstanding arbitration process under way, involving both Toro Rosso and Super Aguri. The stewards also said that any further protests by Spyker will be treated in the same way.
Thus we will have to wait until the case gets to arbitration - if it ever does - to know an outcome.
That will take several months.
