The action hots up in Barcelona

After a few quiet days for Formula 1, the teams were back in action first thing on Monday morning with 10 teams in Barcelona for the next major test of the winter. This is the last major European test of the winter as the teams will move to Bahrain in 10 days in order to get some warm weather testing before the cars head off to Australia. The Barcelona test is being attended by all the teams although Super Aguri continues to use its interim Honda chassis. Scuderia Toro Rosso will join the fun tomorrow with its new car. The times at Barcelona should be treated with some care as the track is now slightly longer than before, having been extended as a result of the safety work that was done recently. It is also considerably slower.
