Testing for 2007 has begun at the Circuit de Catalunya with eight of the 11 teams in action. Ferrari is running Luca Badoer and Felipe Massa while McLaren has cars for Lewis Hamilton and Pedro de la Rosa. Renault is running Heikki Kovalainen and Nelson Piquet Jr, BMW Sauber has Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica and Honda is running Rubens Barrichello and James Rossiter, as Jenson Button is out with an injury.

Mark Webber is getting his first taste of Red Bull Racing - although he used to drive for the team when it was called Jaguar Racing - and David Coulthard is there too. Scuderia Toro Rosso has cars for Tonio Liuzzi and Scott Speed and while Super Aguri F1 is in action with new boy Anthony Davidson. Williams is running Alexander Wurz.
