Jacques to join Roush?

There are reports from Italy that Jacques Villeneuve has signed a deal with Jack Roush to race for the Roush Racing organisation in NASCAR. The team leads Ford's challenge in the Nextel Cup and is one of the top operations, having won the title in 2003 with Matt Kenseth and 2004 with Kurt Busch. The team runs five cars at the moment in the series and one is becoming available with the planned departure of Mark Martin. This will leave Greg Biffle (National Guard), Kenseth (DeWalt), Jamie McMurray (Crown Royal) and Carl Edwards (Office Depot). In addition Roush runs six cars in the Busch Series for Martin, Kenseth, Biffle and Edwards (all sponsored by Ameriquest), Todd Kluever (3M) and Danny O'Quinn (World Financial Group) and two in the Craftsman Truck Series for Erik Darnell and David Ragan.
