Ammermueller gets the Red Bull gig?

GP2 driver Michael Ammermueller could get the Red Bull racing test drive fror the last three races of the year, but if that is going to happen he is going to need to sort out a superlicense in the course of the next few days. That can be done in the next week if he turns up to test for RBR at Jerez de la Frontera. Ammermeuller is the next man in the line for Red Bull but he has struggled in GP2 this year, probably because he leapt straight into GP2 from Formula Renault. Despite this he did win the sprint race at the first round in Valencia, when he took advantage of the top eight positions being reversed. Since then he has not showed very well but he could move up the ladder next year and rumours hint that he might get himself a chance with the ART team.

Red Bull has yet to confirm Ammermueller's appointment.
