Waving the flag for charity

The biggest names from the world of F1 have created a unique piece of sporting history to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. A total of 59 high profile people in F1 from Michael Schumacher and Bernie Ecclestone downwards signed the English flag during the Silverstone weekend and it is now being auctioned off an ebay. The idea came from members of the Formula One Management security team. Monmey raised by the auction will go towards the construction of a $3.6m cardiac operating theatre at the hospital in London. If you would like to bid for the flag you can go to: Auction.
