Williams to change both engines
The two Williams-Cosworths are to have their engines changed, which means that Mark Webber and Nico Rosberg will both have to take a 10-slot drop on the grid for the European Grand Prix. This means that the team in unlikely to be able to do much in the race, although running with heavy fuel loads may enable the team to collect a few points.
