Ouch!

Business F1 magazine has taken another major hit in the High Court in London with Tony Purnell having been awarded damages of $138,000 (£75,000) and legal costs of $243,000 (£132,000). The former Jaguar team boss took the magazine to court claiming that he had been libelled.

Business F1 recently lost another case against FIA consultant Alan Donnelly, who won damages of $15,000 and legal costs of $210,000.
