Briscoe hops into a Toyota
Ryan Briscoe has not been seen in action since his big accident in the Indy Racing League in the autumn but on Wednesday Briscoe popped up at the wheel of a Toyota F1 car in Spain. The test was useful for both parties as Toyota needed someone to drive because Olivier Panis is currently out of action because of illness and it will do Briscoe no harm at all to be seen in an F1 car. Briscoe is trying to get a drive next year in Champ Cars, aiming to move to PKV Racing to replace Jimmy Vasser.
