A funny old world
When the Formula 1 press gathered outside the FIA in the Place de la Concorde the other day, it caused more than a few heart flutters next door in the Hotel Crillon, not least because one of the guests at this super-exclusive hotel was none other than Michael Jackson, famous for his recent court appearances and prior to that as a purveyor of popular music. It seems that Jacko's departure was somewhat disrupted by the arrival of all the hacks and TV cameramen and in the end he had to be smuggled from the building to avoid being spotted.
