BAR confirms Kanaan test
British American Racing Honda has confirmed that it will be testing 2004 Indycar Champion Tony Kanaan later this year.
"It's going to happen," said BAR Sporting Director Gil de Ferran. "It's definitely going to happen later this year."
Kanaan is driving for the Andretti Green Racing team in IRL and has a longterm contract to race in the United States.
"I'm ready to get the test," said Kanaan. "I'll do my best, that's all I can say. If they like me, it's going to be a problem because they've got to ask Michael."
