A team meeting this morning
The Formula 1 team bosses gather in Kuala Lumpur this morning for a meeting called by Sir Frank Williams. It is not clear why the meeting has been called but the rumours suggest it is to discuss Ferrari's decision to test without restriction, a move which appears to be motivated by the desire to break up the alliance of the other nine teams. We will see if this results in anything positive but as issuing tit-for-tat press releases is a waste of time and energy and Ferrari seems to be intent on no compromise there is little hope that things will be moved forward.
The danger of the Ferrari policy is that rather than splitting up the teams it will drive them into an even stronger alliance against Ferrari.
A sad state of affairs.
