Fisichella to run his own F3000 team

Giancarlo Fisichella is to run a team in the Formula 3000 Italia series. Fisichella Motor Sport will use its patron's name, but will be run largely by his manager Enrico Zanarini, with the engineering being supplied by Durango Corse. The aim is to help to develop new Italian talent in the years ahead. Fisichella says that he wants to move the team up to GP2 in the future if the opportunity presents itself. There is no word yet on who will be driving for FMS.
