Hi-ho, hi-ho, it's back to court we go!

Formula One Holdings is on its way back to the High Court in London today to begin a new case against its subsidiary Formula One Administration. It is not clear at the moment what the details of this case will be but it is almost certainly going to be about the right of Formula One Holdings to control the decision-making process of FOA. The application goes before Mr Justice Rimer in Court 53 this morning.
