Hunter-Reay still looking to F1

Rising American racing star Ryan Hunter-Reay is the subject of much speculation at the moment as he tries to decide whether to race in Champ Cars or in the Indy Racing League. Hunter-Reay was due to test for Target Chip Ganassi's IRL team but now appears to have changed his mind and may now stay with Keith Wiggins's team HVM (which was previously known as Herdez Competition). HVM stands for Hola Viva Mexico, Inc. and hopes to find more money for next year which will enable the team to pay for Hunter-Reay.

However Hunter-Reay makes it clear in a forthcoming interview with Racer magazine in the United States that Formula 1 remains his "ultimate goal" and with the backing of management company CSS Stellar he is well-placed as the firm has a long record of successful driver negotiations in F1.
