By implication

The news that the new Red Bull F1 team will use Cosworth V10 engines in 2005 is confirmation that the sale of Cosworth racing must also have gone ahead, although no announcement has yet been made to that effect. Obviously, the Red Bull boss Dietrich Mateschitz knows the situation with the engine company and is confident that he will be going ahead with engines in 2005. This is good news for Paul Stoddart who will now be able to get access to the 2005 V10 engines at Cosworth.

The sale of Cosworth is expected to be announced later today with the buyer being confirmed as a consortium involving Champ Car owners Kevin Kalkhoven and Gerald Forsythe.
