European head for Formula Nippon title showdown

German Andre Lotterer and Britain's Richard Lyons will go to head to head for the Formula Nippon title at Suzuka on November 7. The two were both beaten last weekend at Twin Ring Motegi by Yuji Ide (Mobilecast Impul). Lyons finished second with in his DoCoMo Dandelion entry and Lotterer third in his PIAA Nakajima Racing car. The three men thus go to the final round as the only men who can win the title with Lotterer ahead with 33 points, Lyons with 29 and Ide with 26. Lyons will win the title if he wins the race because if Lotterer is second the two would be equal on points and Lyons would have three wins to Lotterer's two.
