FOM takes over TV coverage in China

A last-minute switch of broadcasters for the Chinese Grand Prix has added a little spice to the lives of those trying to get things organized in time in Shanghai. The event was to have been broadcast by Chinese Central Television (CCTV) but the decision has now been taken that FOM will produce its own programming rather than relying on the locals, with assistance from FOM cameramen.

The news that FOM has taken the step is good news for F1 fans around the world as it will mean that the quality of the programming will be assured as FOM's directors and camera crews are highly-experienced and know what needs to be highlighted.
