Ralf Schumacher to test before Monza?
Ralf Schumacher may test before the Italian Grand Prix although the German's involvement in testing will depend on whether or not he gets medical clearance from the FIA doctors. The BMW Williams driver has been out of action since a crash at Indianapolis on June 20 and the doctors indicated at the time that Ralf would probably be out of action for at least three months, which would mean that he should not compete until after the Italian GP.
There are no restrictions on testing and so Ralf can test if the team is happy to run him but he must go through medical checks with the FIA before he can race again.
