The new world of tobacco advertising?
It is worth noting that the State of Qatar in the Arabian Gulf has become the latest nation to ratify the World Health Organization's Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, an international treaty which seeks to ban all tobacco sponsorship in sport.
The ratification of the anti-smoking treaty comes just a few days after the Qatari government opened Losail International Raceway in the suburbs of the nation's capital Doha and announced a five-year deal to run a MotoGP event, to be known as the Marlboro Grand Prix of Qatar.
