A new head at Jaguar Cars

Jaguar Cars, which provides some of the financing for Jaguar Racing, is to be headed by accountant Bibiana Boerio who replaces the current managing-director Mike Wright on July 5. Boerio will give up her current job as director of finance and strategy for Ford's international operations. Boerio has worked in Ford's Finance Department since joining the company in 1976. Wright has been promoted to a new position to sell Jaguar and Land Rover products and part of his job will be to grow Jaguar sales in China. Boerio worked as Jaguar's finance director between 1995 and 2000, the period in which Ford decided to buy Stewart Grand Prix and rebrand the team as Jaguar Racing.
