Bigois at Williams

Minardi chief aerodynamicist Loic Bigois was not able to do much last year because of the team's financial situation and it seems that in the end he decided to take up an offer to go to work at Williams, where he is assisting Dr John Davies in the development of the Grove team's aerodynamic facilities. The 43-year-old Frenchman has been in F1 for 13 years, having started out with Ligier in 1991. He moved to Sauber in 1994 but returned to Ligier later and became technical director in the final year with the team before it was sold to Alain Prost. Bigois was Prost's chief designer but moved to Minardi when the French team closed its doors.
