Mosley gets support from Italy's Minister of Justice

Max Mosley's decision to move to Monaco has gained the support of Roberto Castelli, Italy's Minister of Justice, who has long been against the European Arrest Warrant.

"People are beginning to understand something which I pointed out at the time," Castelli said. "The warrant will be used not only to pursue terrorists, but to interfere in the lives of ordinary people. Max Mosley, who has decided to leave the European Union and move to Monaco, has resolved the problem, but this solution is obviously not available to most European citizens. These are likely in the not-too-distant future to have to confront the consequences of a European decision which, to say the least, has not been properly thought through."
