Reports in the British media suggest that Tom Walkinshaw, the former boss of the Arrows Formula 1 team, could be back in court again because of allegations that he owes lawyers more than $3.6m in legal fees resulting from the various activities surrounding Arrows and the TWR group. Walkinshaw reportedly spends most of his time in the south of France these days and has not been seen around Formula 1 since Arrows's last appearance at the Belgian Grand Prix in 2002.
