And now for India

The organizers of the Indian Grand Prix in Hyderabad will meet Bernie Ecclestone tomorrow for final talks about a contract for an event from 2007 onwards. It is understand that India has already made a draft agreement with the Formula One group and that the final details now need to be hammered out and a contract signed, after which there will be announcement. With Turkey and India both coming into the sport the pressure on European events is increasing, making it more and more difficult for events such as the French GP to survive. The races in the most danger are believed the second events in Italy and in Germany.
