Bellm takes over from Brundle

As we predicted would happen some weeks ago, Martin Brundle is standing down as chairman of the British Racing Drivers' Club and will be replaced on January 1, 2004 by Ray Bellm.

Bellm runs a successful pharmaceutical business but has enjoyed much success as a racing driver as well in the 1980s and 1990s in sports cars including running a team which won World Championship titles and two Le Mans wins in the 1990s with the McLaren GTR.
