Hockenheim stewards will reconvene on Friday

The stewards of the German Grand Prix will reconvene on Friday at the Hungaroring to look again at the first lap accident which took out Ralf Schumacher, Kimi Raikkonen and Rubens Barrichello. The meeting comes as a result of the decision by the FIA International Court of Appeal to reduce the penalty on Schumacher from a drop of 10 positions on the grid to a fine of $50,000. The court asked the stewards to look at the accident again in the light of the data recording information which came to light during the Schumacher hearing. This would seem to suggest that Kimi Raikkonen was more to blame for the crash.
