Silverstone track invader still inside

Neil Horan, the man who ran on to the circuit during the British Grand Prix has been remanded in custody again and will remain in prison until another hearing on September 1. Horan appeared in Northampton magistrates court yesterday and pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated trespass. The defence argued that Horan's actions were pre-meditated and were designed to draw attention to his religious beliefs. The arguments appear to be designed to avoid Horan being incarcerated because of mental instability.
