Jordan wants to move on

Jordan has issued a statement following the judgement issued by Mr Justice Langley at the High Court.

"When Jordan began this action, we thought we had a deal and believed we had a good case," the team said. "However, the judge sees it differently and preferred their evidence to ours. Litigation is risky and unpredictable and we have always been prepared for the possibility that this might not go our way. It's now time to move on and devote our full attention to the team and its future."

The judgement of Mr Justice Langley on the Jordan-Vodafone case runs to over 100 pages and so it may be some time before the full implications of the judgement become public.
