A settlement is organized?

Paul Stoddart says that there is no longer a threat to the British Grand Prix. The Minardi boss said that the team bosses had agreed to adopt the rules for the rest of the year.

Stoddart said that a compromise had been agreed between the team and the other F1 teams over the so-called "fighting fund"

"We've had some contribution and, as everything always is, it's a compromise," he said. "I think we can safely say that for the rest of the year the fighting will all be done on the track, which is where it should be."

Stoddart said that it looks like he will also withdraw his opposition to the rule changes for 2004 although this has yet to be confirmed.
