BAR can run!

British American Racing has succeeded in getting the court order seizing its assets lifted by a court in Nevers. The team missed the first session on Friday and as a result will go into the first qualifying session completely unprepared but at least the cars of Jacques Villeneuve and Jenson Button will be running. The court decided that it could not decide on the case and that will now be left to the court in Monaco to consider the merits of the case in October.
