A decision on the new McLaren this week

McLaren will later this week decide whether or not to debut the MP4-18 at the Nurburgring. The team will continue to test the new car and if reliability is seen to be good enough the car will appear at the European Grand Prix. If not the car will probably not appear until the British GP in mid-July as the rush between the European and French GPs made it impractical to switch cars at that point in the season.
