Giorgio Pantano joins Durango

Giorgio Pantano, one of the top men in Formula 3000 last year who later had a try out with the Williams team, is to be back in Formula 3000 this year after his plans to race in CART fell apart. Pantano will drive for the ambitious Durango operation, which won races last year with Rodrigo Sperafico.

Pantano will be joined in the team by fellow Italian Raffaele Gianmaria.
