Montezemolo to join main Fiat board?

Giuseppe Morchio is expected to be named as the new chief executive of Fiat tomorrow as the company undergoes another management reshuffle and Umberto Agnelli is named chairman. If confirmed he will be Fiat's fourth CEO in nine months. Morchio will replace Alessandro Barberis, although he is expected to remain at Fiat as deputy-chairman. The current chairman Paolo Fresco will leave the board along with his former boss at General Electric, Jack Welch. It is anticipated that Ferrari boss Luca di Montezemolo will be named as a member of the main Fiat board.
