Frentzen going on holiday

Heinz-Harald Frentzen's Formula 1 career is settled for next year but until a new car is built the German driver is not going to be racing. Firstly he has to settle the outstanding lawsuit with Eddie Jordan over his contract for 2002 and secondly he cannot fit in the Sauber chassis. This was a problem earlier in the year when the team wanted to put together a testing deal with Jos Verstappen. The Sauber was built for Felipe Massa and Nick Heidfeld and has a much smaller cockpit space than some other cars.

Frentzen will then have to wait probably until the end of the year or even January next year to get back into a Sauber. He started his career with the Swiss team in 1994.
