Arrows officially pulls out of Belgian GP
Arrows has announced that it will not compete in this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix, as it was unable to complete the massive amount of paperwork involved with the pending sale to American Carl Smith and a consortium of US backers.
The statement said that, as was the case with the Hungarian GP, the team has been advised "to do nothing that could jeopardise the successful completion of the transaction",
