Frentzen staying in Monaco
Heinz-Harald Frentzen may have nominated by Arrows to drive at Spa this weekend but the German is staying in Monaco and has no plans to compete in the Belgian GP. This has led the Belgian press to speculate that the drive could go to Bas Leinders, who is currently racing in Formula Nissan at Magny-Cours. No doubt a driver will be found if Arrows is in a position to compete later this morning and as the F1 authorities seem to be doing everything possible to keep Arrows alive, presumably there will be no issues with a Superlicence.
