Fisichella goes to hospital
GIANCARLO FISICHELLA was sent off to Nevers hospital after his crash in practice on Saturday morning at Magny-Cours for a brain scan to check that he had suffered no problems in his crash during the morning session. The Italian suffered no injuries in the shunt but it seems that his helmet received two hits during the crash and it was decided that the best course of action would be to send him to the hospital for a check-up.
Those at the scene reported that Fisichella was rather upset at what had happened to the car, which suffered a front wing failure when it ran over the curbing at the exit of the Estoril corner.
