GPWC and teams to meet on Friday

THE Grand Prix World Championship BV company is to make a presentation to the Formula 1 teams at Silverstone on Friday. The presentation is believed to center on the planned contractual structure of the new World Championship. This has been prepared for GPWC by the investment bank Goldman Sachs.

The big issue at the moment is whether or nor the GPWC will offer any financial guarantees for the long-term future of the sport - which it needs to do if it wishes to be taken seriously.
